Testimonial Rebate Agreement

This Testimonial Rebate Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Freelance Finance Coaching LLC (“Company”) and the Client.

1. Testimonial Submission

Client agrees to submit a testimonial regarding their experience with Company's service. The testimonial should be honest and based on Client's genuine experience with the service.

2. Testimonial Content

Client agrees that the testimonial provided may be used by Company for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, publishing on Company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

3. Rebate Offer

In consideration for submitting a testimonial, Company agrees to provide Client with a one-time rebate of $50. This rebate will be issued within 7 days of Company's receipt and approval of the testimonial.

4. Testimonial Approval

Company reserves the right to review and approve the submitted testimonial before issuing the rebate. Testimonials that are deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with Company's guidelines may be rejected, and no rebate will be provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement confidential and not disclose any information pertaining to this Agreement without the written consent of the other party.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
